The session titled ‘Audit Leadership Conversations: A focus on Audit Strategy and Change’ will explore the development of Bupa’s internal audit purpose and associated strategy and how, having set the direction for the audit team, they went about making the necessary changes to the function to deliver long term sustainable success.
Guest speaker Jeremy Eagles will be talking about his experience in successfully developing audit strategy and leading change. Jeremy was appointed Chief Audit Officer at Bupa in August 2019. He originally qualified as a chartered accountant with PWC and joined Bupa having previously held senior internal audit roles at Catlin Group, Aviva, XL Capital and JLT.
The webinar will be hosted by Jonathan Chapman. Jonathan has a range of experience in audit leadership and change gathered over Audit COO roles at both Aviva and Lloyds Bank as well as consulting work with a number of Internal Audit functions.
Upon completion of the webinar, through exploration of real-world examples, you will gain ideas and inspiration for your own audit function and for changes you may wish to explore.
