Audyt wewnętrzny i działalność operacyjna -  kontrola czy partnerstwo? Zapraszamy na kolejny webinar IIA Polska z serii International Inspirations:
“Beyond Findings: Building a Value-Adding Partnership Between Internal Audit and Operations”

30.09.2026 I godz. 17:00-19:00 I  online I  2,4 CPE

Podczas webinaru prelegenci, pokażą tę relację z dwóch perspektyw – audytu wewnętrznego i działalności operacyjnej.

English version:

Internal Audit and Operations – Control or Partnership?
Join us for another IIA Poland webinar from the “International Inspirations” series:
“Beyond Findings: Building a Value-Adding Partnership Between Internal Audit and Operations”

 30 September 2026 |  5:00–7:00 PM CEST |  Online |  2.4 CPE
The webinar is open to IIA members only.

Internal Audit and Operations are sometimes seen as being on opposite sides of the table. Audits can bring additional workload and recommendations that may not always seem practical to implement. Auditors, in turn, may encounter resistance and limited openness. Yet both sides are working toward very similar goals: fewer errors and surprises, more efficient processes, and better decision-making.

During the webinar, the speakers will explore this relationship from two perspectives – Internal Audit and Operations.

Drawing on five real-life case studies, they will demonstrate how collaboration can create tangible value – from joint Gemba walks and using audit observations to support staffing and investment needs, to transferring good practices across locations and enabling Internal Audit and Operations teams to learn from one another.

Participants will also discover practical ways to better understand operational realities, constructively challenge existing approaches, engage Internal Audit earlier, and treat audit findings as opportunities for improvement rather than simply problems to be resolved.

Speakers:
Tim Harris | Director of Operations, Additrol Group | Minerals Technologies Incorporated
Tim has been with Minerals Technologies Incorporated for 21 years. He has built his experience across reliability, maintenance, and operations, including supporting the organization on a global level.
