Opis szkolenia: This course will provide you with insights on how to conduct effective Risk management in your organization based on real-life examples, broad professional expertise and experience. Risks are events or potential events that could negatively influence the achievement of the organization’s objectives. In line witch ACFE Report to the Nations* organizations lose up to 5% of annual revenue due to risks of fraud and other operational risks. Implementing effective risk management includes protecting of assets, profits, processes and ensuring organizational longevity.

This course is a practical guidance focusing on the most relevant risk management tools and techniques, including psychological factors as well as building relationship with key stakeholders in the organization to achieve mutually beneficial cooperation.
