IIA Łotwa obchodzi w tym roku 20-lecie powstania. W związku z tym, w dniach 23-24 maja 2019 r. organizujemy międzynarodową konferencję, której temat przewodni to „Imagine. Explore. Achieve”.
Podczas konferencji wystąpią prelegenci z Europy, m.in. Angela Witzany, była przewodnicząca Rady IIA Global, Thijs Smith były Prezes i członek Zarządu ECIIA oraz członek komitetu audytu IIA Global. Oboje wiele wnieśli do rozwoju zawodu audytora wewnętrznego i są gotowi podzielić się swoją wiedzą i doświadczeniem z uczestnikami konferencji. Podczas konferencji omawianych będzie wiele ważnych zagadnień związanych m.in. z IT oraz cyberbezpieczeństwem, audytem wewnętrznym KPI, zarządzaniem ryzykiem i wiele innych.
Język konferencji to język angielski.

IIA Latvia is hosting its special annual conference! The conference’s main theme is Imagine. Explore. Achieve. It is special, because IIA Latvia is turning 20 this year!
The conference will gather speakers from round the Europe, including impactful speakers such as Angela Witzany, past chairman of The IIA Global board and Thijs Smith, past President of ECIIA and was Board member and audit committee member at IIA Global. They have contributed a lot to internal audit professions and are ready to share their views and knowledge with conference participants. The conference will also have a lot of topics focusing on such important theme as IT and cybersecurity, internal audit KPIs, risk management and others. The conference will be held in English, therefore we think that it will be valuable also for your members and auditors from your country.
As IIA Latvia will celebrate its 20th anniversary, there will be a lot of fun and prizes, live music and a big cake to celebrate the birthday!
Conference will be held in special place – Jurmala. Which is greatly known for its great seaside and relaxing atmosphere. It is also located in convenient place to easily reach the airport. Visitors from your country are invited to stay over the weekend to greet coming summer season and enjoy relaxing SPA procedures at the hotel for special price! Participants are also welcomed to stay and enjoy Latvia’s capital Riga, as we offer free shuttle bus from Riga center to the conference and back.
